This was a full website redesign, working through structure first, then UI. The goal was to make the content easier to navigate, especially with a mix of property listings, company info, and investor material all living in one place. Visually, it leans on large imagery to show off the portfolio, with a pretty clean and simple interface around it. The idea was to keep it feeling considered and premium, without overcomplicating things or getting in the way of the content.
From a UI point of view, the main challenge was balancing design with practicality. There’s a lot of content and it all needs to be clear, so it couldn’t just be about making it look good. It had to work properly. End result is a solid, flexible site that feels more current and is easier to manage. It does the job without trying too hard, and gives them room to keep building on it.
